G: Lola
The last month has been a whirlwind for Gerard Way, who released his debut solo album, Hesitant Alien, on September 30. The former My Chemical Romance frontman dropped by Trending 10 for an interview about the new LP, which features singles "Millions" and "No Shows," and much more–check it out above!
Way has described the album as a celebration of guitars, and when asked about what that really means, he responded carefully. "I think you celebrate it in that you take something that's possibly old, and a little bit tired at the moment, then you find a new way to use it," he explains. "You take old things like fuzz pedals that maybe you don't hear that much on the radio anymore and you find new ways to use them."
